In addition, only new TOUGHBOOK laptops allow customers the ability to upgrade their warranty to cover accidental damage or to extend the original 3-year standard warranty from Panasonic. However, we recognize that for a variety of reasons, buying new might not be the right fit at all times. Please keep in mind that we do NOT allow customers to designate which version or Mark we provide for several reasons. First and foremost, availability in the world of high-end, grade A+ refurbished devices can be a moving target and our goal is to either have devices in stock ready to ship or for the lead-time to be no more than 2-4 weeks. Second, the processing power and specifications of the CF-31 Mk5 and Mk6 as well as all 3 versions of the CF-54 are very similar. There is legitimately very little daylight between each respective model. We are extremely confident that our units will meet your needs and we put our money where our mouth is by offering a standard 3-year warranty. That is unusual for refurbished devices.
